Administrator authority settings

Access can be controlled according to the level of the administrator.

  • Admin rights management

Multiple administrators can be set up to share the responsibility of site management tasks. Each administrator can be assigned an ID and password, and they can log in with an individual account.

Furthermore, by dividing the administrators into two groups, and setting the administrative authority for each group, the administrators can restrict the viewing and editing authorities for each function so that the employees will only be able to perform the tasks they have been assigned.

In addition, the messages received on the administrator's site can be filtered by administrator, so that they can only see the necessary messages addressed to them.

  • Administrator message settings

You can filter the messages displayed in the message management by administrator or by branch. This setting allows you to see only the messages that have been addressed to the respective administrator.

  • Branch management (Optional)

If there are branches within an organization, such as by region, the Branch management function allows you to set up a Branch Manager.>>More about Branch management
