As it is based on the membership management system, the selection of a candidate is smooth. It also reduces the time and effort required to inform and remind members to vote. Candidates and votes are made on a confidential members-only web page. This ensures fair elections while providing convenience to the members.
Multiple elections can be conducted, such as Director Election and President Election. The Director Election can be conducted directly by the members, the President Election indirectly by the directors, and so on.
By searching based on the data registered in the system, you can easily narrow down the search to members who meet your set of criteria. You can set search conditions in detail, which makes your work easier.
By creating a candidacy application screen on the member site, members who are selected as candidates for election can run for office from the member site. The application screen can be easily created by dragging and dropping the items to be entered for candidacy.
It is also possible for the administrator to upload a list of separately selected candidates without accepting candidatures on the member site.
It is possible to set the number of votes a voter can cast in an election, white vote settings, and weight settings that change the weight of one vote for each member.
Simply log in to the members-only site, review the profiles and statements on the Election page, select a candidate, and click the Vote button to complete your vote.
You can choose to vote only through a web ballot or through a combination of web and mail ballots.
Data such as the number of eligible voters, voter turnout, and the number of white votes can be displayed. Administrators can choose whether to display only the final data or the data from the middle of the voting period. They can also choose whether or not to display the data on the member site.
Voting results are recorded in conjunction with the member IDs, preventing double voting and allowing for verification of results. On the other hand, even the Election administrator cannot see for whom each voter voted for, allowing the voters to vote anonymously.
Logs recorded when candidate details are changed or when a voter or elected candidate is removed from a list help to verify doubts and deter fraud.
