What is AlumNet?

"AlumNet" visualizes a network of alumni for high school and university graduates, clubs, and company retirees.

In addition, by using various functions that allow the transmission of information and interaction with each other, it not only strengthens the connections between alumni, schools, and companies but also creates new connections.

AlumNet is a system that accelerates the organic alumni network with the power of digital technology and supports Alumni's leap forward and the development of schools and organizations.

1. Concept

AlumNet is the alumni version of Smartcore - an integrated membership management platform. Built on the same MRM (Member Relationship Management®) concept as SmartCore, through AlumNet, we support the improvement of member satisfaction and the development of the organization at reunions and alumni associations.

What is MRM?

Member Relationship Management® (MRM) is similar to Customer Relationship Management (CRM). However, it is more three-dimensional and has a broader scope than CRM, focusing on the relationship between the secretariat (company) and its members (customers).

Alumni can update their own data, such as addresses and workplaces, from My Page. You can also upload CSV files to register and update roster information in batches. This reduces the time-consuming task of updating each individual case through E-mail.

Collect active alumni information

A database optimized for roster management, a wealth of functions useful for secretariat operations, and My Page, through which Alumni themselves can register and update information, enables timely collection of information and appropriate data management.
In addition, it is also possible to approach Alumni through various channels such as e-mail distribution, homepages, and members-only websites.

Providing web-based membership services

You can search for other alumni and retirees on the member site and contact them by sending a message, which can be used as a tool to make appointments for alumni visits and interviews. The member site (My Page) can also be viewed from smartphones and tablets, allowing you to search and send messages even when you are on the go.

Collective management of separate communities

Delegating management to groups such as synchronous associations and club activities reduces the burden on the administrative office. The secretariat can set the extent to which management can be delegated.

After installation, a "function guide" is provided for reference when you are unsure about how to operate the system.
