AlumNet is the alumni version of Smartcore - an integrated membership management platform. Built on the same MRM (Member Relationship Management®) concept as SmartCore, through AlumNet, we support the improvement of member satisfaction and the development of the organization at reunions and alumni associations.
Member Relationship Management® (MRM) is similar to Customer Relationship Management (CRM). However, it is more three-dimensional and has a broader scope than CRM, focusing on the relationship between the secretariat (company) and its members (customers).

Alumni can update their own data, such as addresses and workplaces, from My Page. You can also upload CSV files to register and update roster information in batches. This reduces the time-consuming task of updating each individual case through E-mail.
A database optimized for roster management, a wealth of functions useful for secretariat operations, and My Page, through which Alumni themselves can register and update information, enables timely collection of information and appropriate data management.
In addition, it is also possible to approach Alumni through various channels such as e-mail distribution, homepages, and members-only websites.
You can search for other alumni and retirees on the member site and contact them by sending a message, which can be used as a tool to make appointments for alumni visits and interviews. The member site (My Page) can also be viewed from smartphones and tablets, allowing you to search and send messages even when you are on the go.
Delegating management to groups such as synchronous associations and club activities reduces the burden on the administrative office. The secretariat can set the extent to which management can be delegated.
In addition to the communication protection and malware countermeasures required for the general systems, the system is equipped with functions such as two-step authentication, access control, log management, and permission settings for viewing and updating. These multi-layered security measures protect personal information from risks such as identity theft, unauthorized intrusion, and human error.
Moreover, as a system operator that handles directory data, we have acquired and maintained the P mark and ISMS certification standards, and are working on daily information collection and functional improvement.
As it is a closed system, only members can access the directory data. Besides, members can set their own settings for displaying their personal information within the member site to ensure privacy even among members.
While introducing the system, we provide instructional sessions regarding the use of the system and perform data migration only on behalf of the customer. After installation, a "function guide" is provided for reference when you are unsure about how to operate the system. If the "feature guide" does not solve your problem, our support team will handle your inquiry. We check each customer's inquiry history and usage status and strive to provide appropriate support.
