Members can update their own profiles, receive information from the administrator, and interact with other members.
The home page, which appears first after logging in, displays panels set up by the administrator. They include a system panel that automatically displays new information such as member lists, events, and groups and a content panel.
Basically, the design of the site reflects the shared design. However, the design of the site's basic frame and various functional pages other than dynamically created content can be freely changed by specifying ID, class names, and editing styles.
After logging in, links to new information, messages, profile pages, etc., called "My menu" are always displayed at the top of the page.
There are three free areas in the header, side, and footer of the membership site, where you can place links, banners, and other content.
Password changes and dues renewal notifications can be displayed on My Page. It can also display consent forms and prompt members to edit profile items that are left blank.
The membership site uses a responsive design. As the design is optimized for each device, the site can be used on smartphones and tablets. (*The administrator site is not supported though.)
Members can edit and manage their profile information by themselves, and the membership list is updated at the same time as it is saved, reducing the work of administrators.
The disclosure range of profile items can be set in detail for each item. Members can choose from several public settings, such as "Open to all members," "Open to friends only," and "Private," while checking the previews by themselves. Some items can be pre-set by the administrator to prevent members from making them public.
From the account settings page, members can set whether or not they can receive messages from the secretariat and other members, as well as set login settings linked to FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, etc.
Messages can be sent in batches from the administrator to members. Messages can be sent by narrowing down the recipients from a list of members, or by inserting names, URLs, and other data into a template, which is then automatically delivered at a specified date and time.
Members can exchange messages with each other without using their E-mail addresses. They can also attach files so that they can communicate with other members with all clarity at an event
With the message function, you can send a message to the administrator through the system using the "Contact Administrator" form.
