Using roster data as a provisional registration instead of a full registration, an identification step can be incorporated into the membership registration process.
In systems such as the Alumni association for schools, colleges, or organizations, it is necessary to confirm that a member who has applied for registration is in fact a former member of the school, college, or organization. In most cases, the verification is done by comparing the registration information with the list of enrolled students. By registering the data of those who are eligible for registration in the system in advance, the data verification process becomes easier.
If there is a list of potential members who meet the requirements for membership registration but have not yet registered or a list of members who have registered but have not registered to use the system, it is necessary to confirm the intention of the individual while registering as a member or registering for using the system.
The Pre-registrant function allows you to send an invitation e-mail to members on the pre-registrant list and confirm their identities and intentions through their replies before registering them into the system.
1. Upload a list of members who have not registered as members or who have not registered to use the system, in order to register them in the system as "pre-registered users".
2. An "Invitation E-mail (for pre-registrants)" will be sent to the pre-registrants E-mail address.
3. Pre-registrants who receive the invitation E-mail may select "a. Membership registration" or "b. Reject registration" and reply.
4. The Pre-registrants who selected "a." will receive an E-mail from the system approving their registration and they will become a full member. The Pre-registrants who selected "b." will receive an E-mail notifying them that their rejection has been accepted.
